KRUPNIKAS is a Lithuanian honey liqueu. Monks first began producing this liqueur from honey and fragrant herbs at the Bernardine monastery that was founded by Mikołaj Krzysztof “the Orphan” Radziwiłł in Nesvizh. KRUPNIKAS made its official debut when it was served to guests in 1593 to celebrate completion of Nesvizh Castle which was built by the Radziwiłł family.

KRUPNIKAS is an aged beverage made from natural honey and an herbal infusion matured in oak barrels. The aroma of this golden liqueur is reminiscent of Lithuania’s forests and grasslands with honey nectar, while its flavor is sweet, with a pleasant burning sensation.
This beverage is delicious with coffee or tea. Or can be heated to 50ºC and served in crystal cordial glasses.
