THE NINES AUTHENTIC are made with the blossoms, barks, leaves, fruit and roots of 27 (9 + 9 + 9) different plants, after the original ancient Lithuanian recipe. The beverage tastes of ginger, anise, black and red pepper, rhubarb root, angelica, nutmeg, cardamom and other ingredients.

THE NINES BOTANICAL is the second member of the THE NINES brand family. A drink for those who value traditions, yet can also admire innovations.

THE NINES BOTANICAL is made with a balanced mix of the blossoms, barks, leaves, fruit and roots of 27 plants, after a special recipe perfected by Stumbras experts. You can clearly identify anise, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon and orange peels, cloves, raisins, coffee beans and other ingredients. During the production process, THE NINES BOTANICAL is left to mature for some time, so that the flavours of all the ingredients blend into the whole and give the drink a distinct, mild bitter-sweet taste and a unique colour.

THE NINES APERITIF is the third member of the THE NINES brand family, replenished with orange and lemon flavours. During the production process, the beverage is left to mature for some time, so that the flavours of all the ingredients blend into the whole and give the drink a distinct and balanced tune of citrus fruit and herbal flavours. The sunny fruits, oranges and lemons, blend with the variety of herbs and spices, revealing the exotic taste and velvet aroma of the beverage.

Cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, dried plums and apricots, and honey ensure the balm the gentle and delicate taste, while peppermint, mint, vanilla sticks, and linden blossoms add the sweet and pungent touch to it.

THE NINES CANNABIS herbal liqueur (0,5l, 32% ABV) –  a carefree, playful, and full of surprises member of THE NINES family. It embodies the essence of THE NINES family and its essential attributes: naturalness, mysticism, and authenticity. The main goal of creating it was to maintain the character of THE NINES while adding playfulness which reflects cannabis versatility.​

In order of this, creators of this drink focused on the long-lasting, pleasant, and gentle aftertaste with peppermint as its dominant note. The balance of sweetness and sourness felt in the aftertaste differs it from other members of THE NINES family.

COCKTAIL EMERALD HAZE

Ingredients:​

4cl The Nines Cannabis​
Lime peel​
12cl tonic water​
Mint leaf​

Preparation:​

Pour in all the ingredients and mix lightly, serve with straw and decorate with one mint.

A traditional Lithuanian herbal extract is used to make “THE NINES”, one of Lithuania’s most enigmatic beverages, with origins that lie in the depths of centuries. Crafted from an ancient Lithuanian recipe using 27 different botanical ingredients, the extract imparts a unique, bright, and rich flavor and aroma, with a deep aftertaste of ginger, anise, black and red pepper.

It can be enjoyed in small sips after a hearty meal and also adds subtle flavors to dishes, offering endless culinary uses. It works well in various meat marinades, condiments, and even sweet pastries. Just a few drops can enhance the taste of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, adding depth, richness, and complexity. It pairs best with cocktails made with vodka, whiskey, rum, or tonic.

Cocktail “GINGER MULE”

• 40 ml vodka
• 200 ml ginger beer
• 10 ml lime juice
• A few drops of THE NINES Extract

Non-alcoholic cocktail “E 27 T”

• 1 Espresso coffee
• 100 ml tonic
• 10 drops of THE NINES Extract
• Orange peel

Extract citrus flavour

The perfectly balanced herbal extract brings out the crisp freshness of lemon zest along with the savory notes of ginger. The cold maceration of the fresh lemon infusion in the extract gives it a unique character and distinctive flavor. Cocktail “OLD FASHIONED” WITH A TWIST

• 50 ml “Stumbras Starka”
• 5 ml THE NINES EXTRACT Citrus flavor
• Brown sugar cube

Gourmet Shrimp Marinade

• 450 g shrimp
• 1 tsp THE NINES EXTRACT Citrus flavor
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• A pinch of salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let the shrimp marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Cook the shrimp in a moderately heated pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
